What you'll do
As a Deployment Strategist at Aviron, you will be at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions. You'll lead client implementations from concept to deployment, serving as the bridge between our customers' unique challenges and our AI-powered solutions. Your role is to transform our clients' initial ideas about AI capabilities into measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects with enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and measurable impact
- Get a deep understanding of clients' workflows and business processes to identify high-value automation opportunities
- Work with the engineering team to craft clear technical requirements that tackle our client's complex problems, creating lasting competitive advantages.
- Tailor our AI agent platform to client-specific needs through custom workflows, prompt engineering, and strategic integrations
- Define success metrics and track ROI for client implementations
- Empower end-users through hands-on workshops to ensure widespread adoption of our solutions.
- Report on development progress and present solution designs and results to end-users and decision makers.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance our platform
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and industry trends to continuously evolve our approach
- Identify and advocate for platform improvements based on real client implementations and feedback
Who you are
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and qualities:
Minimum requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, product management, or technical implementation
- Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets
- Experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering and LLM applications
- Technical aptitude with understanding of data structures, APIs, and system integrations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business contexts
- Creative problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Product Management, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
Preferred qualifications
- Background in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence (experience with Python and SQL is a plus)
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of product management methodologies and user-centered design
- Bilingual in English and French
